Leonce Röth presented the paper “Procedural responsiveness: The European Union and migration policy (1990-2024)”, co-authored with Radu-Mihai Triculescu, Christoph Ivanusch and Klaus Goetz to introduce a text-analytical measurement of time pressure invocations and use it to analyse how the European Commission communicatively responds to changes in public opinion and problem pressure.
