Christoph Ivanusch and Leonce Röth will present the paper “Who Drives Priorities in the European Union? Analyzing Inter-Institutional Dynamics in Migration Communication (1999-2024)”, co-authored with Radu-Mihai Triculescu and Klaus Goetz. This expands the measurement of time pressure across communication from the European Council, the European Parliament, and the European Commission.
